Ultra Trail O Camiño dos Faros

The Ultra Trail O Camiño dos Faros – 48-hour limit (UTCdF) was created in 2014 to showcase the magnificent landscape and nature of the Costa da Morte (Coast of Death) and, in doing so, promote ultra-endurance sports.

This 200 km race, with over 5,500 meters of elevation gain and loss, connects the towns of Malpica de Bergantiños and Fisterra along the coast, following the trail known as O Camiño dos Faros (The Lighthouse Way).

The Camiño dos Faros (Lighthouse Trail) traverses a diverse landscape, always facing the sea and the west. Lighthouses, beaches, dunes, rivers, cliffs, forests, estuaries teeming with birds, granite seas, ancient hill forts, dolmens, fishing villages, viewpoints overlooking the sea crashing in every imaginable way, sunsets… and a whole lot of magic.

A trail like no other, which will transport the runner to a world of unique sensations that can only be experienced on this Costa da Morte (Coast of Death).
