Galicia is the country of a thousand rivers and the Costa da Morte was not going to be less. Throughout the trail we will cross several of them, from the important ones of the Anllóns River or the Rio Grande, to other small streams that flow into the beaches, forming the most varied landscapes and ecosystems.

Taking advantage of the force of the water, mills were built in its channels, some of which remain standing to this day.
