Miña Nai Restaurant is located in the port of Camelle, facing the sea. It is run by David, a Madrid native who used to work as a cook at a school and, at a certain point, took his family and decided to fulfill his dream, opening a restaurant in the town where he spent his summers since he was 12. As a tribute to his mother, he named it Miña Nai.
The restaurant is very pleasant and has a wonderful terrace with sea views. The cuisine is typical of the area, with homemade food made with high-quality products and generous, beautifully presented portions.
Starters include a variety of croquettes (with suckling pig and apple, boletus, squid, spider crab, etc.), scallops, mussels, octopus, razor clams, and, at certain times, spider crabs. They also have several types of salads.
Main dishes depend largely on the availability of produce at the market. Highlights include rice with cuttlefish or grilled squid with a delicious aioli. They also make excellent fish stews or tripe with chickpeas.
Among the meats, Iberian secret is the most popular.
For dessert, the chocolate coulant or the French toast are finger-licking good.
In addition to traditional fare, you can try several types of hamburgers.
We, the goblins, wish you the best of luck in this new endeavor.
