Casa Maroñas (San Clemente)

Casa Maroñas Restaurant, located right on the C-552 highway, offers traditional cuisine and the friendly service of Susi and her team. They offer a daily menu and a la carte menu, featuring high-quality produce and homemade food that reminds us of our grandmothers’ cooking.

Starters include the goat cheese roll, croquettes, stuffed peppers, and the classic razor clams, clams, and squid.

The meats are very good; you can tell they come from local suppliers. T-bone steak, beef sirloin, pork secreto, and raxo are some of the options. On Thursdays in winter, they usually have a stew.

They’re very good at fish. The grilled fish and seafood, the fish of the day caldeiradas, or the casseroles are sure to be a hit.

They also make delicious, generously sized homemade pizzas.

If you have place left, you can finish your meal with one of their homemade desserts, such as filloas or pistachio cheesecake.
