This third stage departs from Ponteceso Bridge and covers the entire municipality of Cabana de Bergantiños, beginning with a paved stretch of just 1 kilometer along the wide left shoulder of the road.
On one side, we see the mouth of the Anllóns River…
…and on the other, the marshes of A Outra Banda.
We continue along the left shoulder until we reach the Apligasa warehouse, where we must cross carefully (there is no zebra crossing and it is on a curve) to take the detour to the right that leads to the estuary.
