This section begins at the crossing on the left of the Area das Vacas road, along a path through the forest on the way to our natural habitat… the sea.
After almost 12 kilometers, we return to the coast. To the right are Punta do Padrón and the Furnas dos Corvos and Valouta, with Monte Branco in the background.
In front of us, the entire estuary we’ve already explored, with Corme and the Roncudo Lighthouse in the background.
A dirt path, easy to walk, although it always comes with the difficulty of following a coastline full of points and furnas.
We circle around Furnela Mundiña. There used to be a lighthouse there, now it’s a private residence. Across the way, we see Illa do Castelo. The spectacle of the crashing sea is worth the stop.
On the other side, Punta do Cabalo and Monte da Insua, with the Laxe Lighthouse.
Thus, we arrive at Rebordelo Beach, the end of another very beautiful section of this Camiño dos Faros (Lighthouse Way), which, before this adventure, was closed to hiking.
