The terrace of Bar O Semáforo is located next to the lighthouse and is the perfect end to O Camiño dos Faros.
The semaphore was inaugurated in 1883 and was intended to communicate maritime traffic, provide weather reports, and broadcast messages using a set of flags hoisted on a large flagpole, using a universal naval language: the International Code of Signals.
It’s now converted into a hotel, and on its terrace, we, the transverse, concluded our voyage of discovery and the first edition.
Since that day, every time we arrive at the Fisterra Lighthouse, we celebrate the end of the adventure with a beer and a concert.
