Complejo Turístico A Torre de Laxe

A Torre de Laxe, listed as a Cultural Heritage Site of Galicia, was built in 1934 and restored in 2010. It is located in A Torre, 5 km from Laxe and 4 km from Soesto.

With an eclectic style, the house stands out for its rich facades and personalized decoration. Inside, we find a marble staircase with wrought iron handrails located opposite the entrance to a central hallway, which organizes the generous rooms on each floor.

It also has a 50 m² terrace spread over two floors where you can enjoy spectacular views. The Hotel Rústico, like the rest of the houses, is decorated with restored furniture.

ROOMS A TORRE DE LAXE

It offers 7 eclectic-style rooms with colonial touches, spread over two floors: 2 Special Doubles, 3 Standard Doubles, and 2 Single Doubles.

All rooms have underfloor heating powered by renewable energy (aero-thermal system), bathroom amenities, and a welcome tray. The bed and bath linens are carefully chosen and custom-made.

DINING ROOM A TORRE DE LAXE

The dining room and communal lounge, with a beautiful fireplace, are located on the ground floor and serve breakfast and dinner.

Breakfasts are prepared with fresh juice, homemade pastries, homemade jams, and a cold buffet that delights guests. Dinners, upon request, are prepared daily with fresh, local produce.

CAS-AXOUXERE

Cas-Axouxere is surrounded by greenery, reminiscent of a forest.

The main entrance is next to the porch, which opens onto the garden overlooking the sea and mountains. The double-height back door has a terrace and barbecue. It is located on the small property in the village, surrounded by trees and seating areas.

From the porch, you enter directly into the living room with a fireplace. The ground floor also has a double bedroom with a bathroom, and through a stone archway, you find the full kitchen.

Up the wooden stairs with wrought iron handrails, you reach the first floor. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a door leading to the property.

The house is equipped with two full bathrooms and a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (with induction hob, microwave-oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine), a TV, and underfloor heating powered by renewable energy (air-source heat pump).

CASA DA FILGUEIRA

Apartment consisting of a double bedroom and a large bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. The large wooden staircase on the ceiling and its cozy decor are striking.

Surrounded by greenery throughout, it is located in the center of the property with easy access from the upper parking lot.

The house includes: One bedroom with twin beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating (powered by renewable energy and an aerothermal system), a TV, a minibar, and a welcome tray.

CASA DA CURUXA

At the top of A Torre de Laxe, we find a stone house with a large fireplace surrounded by ancient trees and very close to the pool.

On the ground floor, the lack of partitions creates a spacious space that creates a feeling of well-being and comfort. On one side, we find a living room, featuring a large double-height fireplace, perfect for entertaining. On the other side, there is a kitchen, adapted for disabled guests.

Ascending a wrought-iron staircase, with a large chandelier next to the fireplace, on the right we find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and, in the attic, a separate apartment with views of the estate and the sea.

The house features two full bathrooms and a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (with induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine), a TV, and underfloor heating powered by renewable energy (aerothermal system).

THE ESTATE

The A Torre de Laxe facilities are located on a 13,000 m² estate surrounded by forest, mountains, and stunning views. The estate features an area of centuries-old trees that intertwine, creating a space for rest and meditation. In another part of the estate, we have a colorful garden area perfect for enjoying long walks and the views.

On the eastern side, we find a saltwater pool, a play area for adults and children, and, for lovers of agricultural activities, there is a plot where organic produce is grown.

AROUND TORRE DE LAXE

Torre de Laxe is located high above the Soesto Valley (opposite Pazo de Leis), offering magnificent views of the Soesto Sea and the Laxe Estuary, as well as the village of Corme in the distance. Surrounded by mountains, the contrast with the sea offers a striking setting.

Its strategic location on the Costa da Morte makes it easy to discover its charm. Less than three kilometers away are Laxe Beach, Soesto Beach, and Traba Beach, with their birdwatching points, lagoon, and dunes where you can enjoy the rich biodiversity.
