Albergue de Sonia – Buen Camino (Fisterra)

The Albergue de Sonia – Buen Camino is located in the center of Fisterra, less than 400 meters from the port. We began this journey with high hopes and a desire to do things right. We have been very fortunate, as the first pilgrims who visited us, with their kindness, advice, and support, filled us with positive energy and the desire to continue moving forward.

We opened our doors in early June 2015, and we know we have some things to do and improve, but with time and the patience you have shown us and our guests have offered us, little by little we will be able to make our hostel the place of rest we dreamed of at the beginning of this project.

A perfect place to rest, bright and peaceful. A newly built building in the village, transformed this summer into a two-star hostel, with a peaceful atmosphere, spaces for relaxation and contemplation. It has plenty of bathrooms and spacious beds. It has a terrace, a kitchen with an oven and small appliances, and various services for the use and enjoyment of pilgrims.

Laundry services can also be arranged through the hospitalera. She has information on various services available in the area, such as sea routes, scuba diving, types of restaurants, etc.

We emphasize the good atmosphere, according to the opinions of pilgrims who have visited the facilities. A place where they felt at home and where they leave with the firm intention of returning. They praise the warm hospitality they received from the owner, Sonia, a hospitalera on the Buen Camino. She listened to them at all times, tried to resolve any problems that arose, and cared for them and treated them as if they had always known them. They will definitely return.
